Simon Young our managing director was invited to judge the Scotch Pie of the Year Awards. Simon was honoured to be asked to be section leader of a category during the judging.
Tough decision making and a heavy consumption of a number of pies took place before the winners were decided.
It is an honour to be invited to judge in any bakery competition for Ingram Brothers as this highlights the appreciation of our teams skills and knowledge in the sector.
